im going to be working on it this weekend, provided the rapidshare link that it was sent to me via is still working. i can usually chop a vid really fast so once i get working on it it should be up tonto. i'll be putting it on the homepage if it's good enough as Hired Guns Expendable Forces happens on Sunday and then there will be room on the homepage for it.

Damn work... always getting in the way of paintball lol

cookie- my intent was not to bash kenpro either. i was just saying its a free video. I personally will never ever pay for a paintball video as i dont see the point to pay for something i played in. after all i already lived it. ha ha as for paintballers not wanting to ever pay for anything? that seems like an odd question from (i assume) a fellow paintballer. Paintballers put thousands of dollars into their gear and thousands more into buying paint, thus making most ballers wallets alittle thin. :)
so that is why (in my opinion of course) why paintballers dont want to pay for footage of themselves playing whenthey already dropped over 100 bucks just to play the Event.

but yeah anyways. no dissin or bashin intended by me. i hope that clarifys that.

peace homeslice

No, I dont think anyone is bashing anyone. Dont be so controversial. CSPO doesnt charge for our videos, neither does the island crew, I was clarifying that Kenpro is not CSPO and CSPO is not Kenpro.

Please keep to the topic at hand, which is the Tswassen scenario game.

Why are you bashing KenPro? They're a great company. Like anything, if you want the good stuff it's going to cost money. If you want amateur work feel free to get it for free. I've seen enough of their work to know that the small amount of money is more than worth it for the quality. What is it with paintballers and not wanting to pay for anything?

CSPO TOS:
Posts which may be deleted include but are not limited to the following: personal attacks, profane statements, insubordination towards a superior officer, grandstanding, or dishonoring CSPO in any way shape or fashion.

Miller's comments were in violation of TOS and were deleted. If you came into someone's home and called their family a bunch of losers, they'd probably kick your ass right back out the front door. Here is no different than that.

--

On the game, Lion is correct. Paintball is a game that is all about having fun. Blue was leading in points all day and in the end Red eeked out a narrow victory by 300 points. I feel that both teams performed quite admirably throughout the entire day and that the teams were fair and balanced, save for the time when Red had a tank and Blue did not, but that wasnt anyone's fault it was a mechanical failure.

In a game that close, if anyone at the game felt that they werent having fun due to how the game was structured or operated, then maybe paintball isnt the sport for them.

I was busy as hell both fighting at the front lines and operating CSPO CENTCOM, and I had an absolutely great time. I hope everyone on both teams had as great of a time as I did.

It has not been that long since our last win. We have lost a total of two games since our last win. As we were leading in points all day I feel our tactics were sound and effective. I have no problem with Reffs being from woods or speed backgrounds but I do expect them to perform in a professional manner when they are paid to reff a game. I cannot comment regarding Millers comment as it was deleted before I saw it but I would assume it was deleted because it violated policy.

You seem to have forgotten the most important thing. The Game is supposed to be FUN for both teams. At the end of the day if the players go home saying it was Fun and are Happy I feel I have done my job well because that is all that really matters.

How come it has been so long since you guys have won?

And what's wrong with tournament ballers at scenarios? I think tourney ballers would make alot better refs since most people who ref as a job are refs for tournaments. People don't have to be avid woodsballers to catch cheaters.

And most people who "mock" scenario gear do it because they find milsim useless. Like if my parents saw a bunch of guys in camo, they'd think I'm getting military training. That's why I make sure they only see speedball for the most part. And adding a fake mag and 100 cosmetic upgrades onto an A5 seems pretty wasteful.

Oh and why'd you delete Miller's comments? If you didn't want to hear other people's opinions, you shouldn't creat an open forum for discussion. And I find it pretty low that you would hint that the other team was cheating.

Anyways, better luck next time guys. Maybe switch up the tactics to be more effective.
