Editing Softwear

Not Entered
I have the Contour GPS camera but you cant edit your video or add music or anything......
Does anyone have this camera or use a camera that does not have editing softwear
and what do you use for editing.....I dont need anything professional just something that works..
I just want a program that i can edit music into......
I used sony vegas pro for all of the longer cspo videos that i did the editing for.
Windows movie maker apparently is pretty simple to use and can do what you are looking for, but on the grand scale, it really sucks for features. You might get windows movie maker and play around with that if you want to get results fast, but also get vegas and play around with that and learn how to use it.
Adobe premeire is was all the film people use, but i find that one hideously hard to learn if you dont want to do some studying for film editing, it is very industry so the terminology it uses can be very confusing.
Hopefully that helps!

yeah theres a lot of torrents of vegas pro. be careful of viruses scan the crap out of it. You'll find that as far as video editing goes, it's the most intuitive to use for things like cut and paste, etc. It can get super complicated but that's only if you know how to make it complicated. For simple timeline editing and dropping in a music track you should find it easy... I picked it up and made the first hour long CSPO video on it in under an hour and a half, clipping out all the boring parts and dropping in a soundtrack.
